We will be holding a prosphora baking workshop on Friday, Nov. 27, 2–5 PM. Please join us at the Torgerson residence: 83 Old Mill Rd, Middletown. Prosphora are the bread offered in the Divine Liturgy. We will be working through the entire baking process that afternoon, making enough prosphora for several weeks. All tools and ingredients will be provided, but please contact Fr. Joshua or Kelly and Jesse Torgerson (860-852-3487) if you plan to participate.
